All purchases made through our shop are pick-up only. We do not offer shipping or postal delivery.
Returns are only accepted in person at the pick-up location, within 14 days of purchase, and only if the item:
- is unused
- is in its original condition
- has not been washed or worn
Items that are damaged after pick-up, worn, or used are not eligible for return or refund.
To request a return, please contact us in advance and bring the item to the pick-up location during our opening hours.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
